Ragin’ Bajan is a twist on hot sauces we encountered in Barbados. Turmeric and Mustard flavors are complimented by tropical fruits. A combination that doesn’t make sense but it just works once the Scotch Bonnet peppers add some heat to the palate. Great on fried foods, steak, eggs, and Caribbean cuisines.

Ingredients: White Onion, Water, Yellow Mustard (Distilled vinegar, Garlic, Paprika, Mustard Seed), Brown Sugar, Turmeric, White Vinegar, Orange Juice, Carrot, Papaya Fruit, Scotch Bonnet, Cumin, Ground Yellow Mustard, Lemon Juice, Apple Cider Vinegar, Black Pepper, Salt.
